I went through the directions again. The Coolant crossover in the directions is the revised part to replace the early 4 port crossover. You might already have that. I think 99-00 and some 01's had the 4 port style. Then they revised it to 1 across the front and block off's in the rear.

I'm about 90% sure mine is blocked in the rear. it's been a long time since I've had to do anything under the hood of that truck.

I needed the stupid CARB certification sticker for Smog... It took me over a year to get it. They are super tight with those.
Brian tried, then I started calling Magnuson on my own.

Like I said, this is going on my 2002 2500 HD that is stock with a muffler swap and CAI. I don't plan to do any supporting mods other than the blower to help with towing light loads (boat and Camaro). WOT power is fun, but not the main goal. it currently has a 2.8 pulley which should give roughly 10-11 lbs boost. anyone see any benefit to dropping the boost level to 7-8 psi for towing and keeping temps down? or should I just run what I have and send it at 10lbs.

superchargersonline got me figured out today. $900 later, I should have everything I need except for a belt.

what length belt should I need with a 2.8 pulley on 02 accessories? 6 rib. I went ahead and ordered their HD tensioner.

Take some fishing line route it in place of the belt and measure and subtract an ~1” to account for tensioner
