Trucks always dyno low. See it over and over at Vengeance. My 416 LS3 only made 420/460 through a 4L80 with stock 10-bolt and stock wheels/tires. It's typical for trucks. I was expecting higher numbers also.

Pat is one of the best tuners in the game, your stuff is in great hands with him. Don’t be disheartened with numbers on Kurt’s dyno, as said above, it’s a heartbreaker if you’re chasing numbers.. I have an LS3 based 429ci in my 2002 z71 suburban. It made a tad bit over 400rwhp on his dyno, after Pat worked his magic. A week later went to a local dyno, hit 447rwhp. I took the 22’s wrapped in a 33” m/t tire off, and switched to a stock 17” wheel and pulled 502 rwhp, back to back runs.

I had a dyne session once that was super low numbers and found out later my pump for the heat exchanger was bad after the first full it was hot and kept pulling timing immediately every pull after.

Ok i just checked and the pump intercooler seems to be flowing coolant very well however it looks as tho my new Weather Tech floor mats my wife got me for Christmas are preventing me from getting full throttle. with the pedal to the floor the throttle body lacks about an 1/8 " from being fully open. I know that`s not much but I am going to do something about that this weekend if I have time.

I had the same problem after my sound insulation project. The pedal removes from the firewall easily (2 nuts and the cable slides out IIRC) and I rebent my rod by about 1/4" and it works great. Doesnt feel all that different under my foot either.

You need to check the voltage or TPS reading with a scanner to see if it is really stopping you.

Thanks Atomic I will check that, I have a scanner that will show Throttle Position in % I will check it tonight. I am getting full throttle now, had to bent the pedal just a bit due to the new floor matts.
