Custom AC lines??

I did. I bought some adapters from eBay and fittings, then had a local shop in Austin crimp it for me. It worked like a champ and I didn’t have to worry about bending my stock line.

Check out Huron Speed. They offer a custom AC line upgrade with the purchase of their kits. May be able to buy it separate. |

no luck with the Huron product, its a single line off the newer body style. This is a 2000. Can you share any more info on what it took?

Just get the compressor and lines off a 2001+ truck. They don't have those canister things on them like your truck does and should be able to make them fit around the turbo manifold.

I’m taking my turbo kit off the truck so you can get a real good idea of where it run. I bought adapters for both the dryer and compressor. I used a 45 at the dryer, and a 90 at the compressor. I got much more clearance than just bending the line. I’m sure you could bend it and be fine, I just wanted the extra assurance I wasn’t going to have a problem. |
Thanks! Same for the dryer or convert the OEM bolt on to AN? Hose length and clearance at the dryer are gonna be tough. |

Yes, both bolted on to convert from the factory connection to AN. |
