okay guys just got the truck dyno tuned. kb racing 72mm front mount, isky triple 12 cam, ls9 head gaskets and studded. i drove the truck home aprox 90 miles. and when i got close to home it started to puff white smoke from the tail pipe.. long story short, feed and drain was leaking. fixed the drain leaking from turbo, and fixed leaking feed. truck runs strong no signs of powerloss nothing.. only does it at idle and its not excessive but quite a bit. it also does not do it in boost, only at idle..

i tried to upload pics of my catch can set-up but ill just explain the best i can.
i have a mike norris catch can. top is (inlet) side is (outlet)
i have my pass side valve cover vented with breather on oil fill tube, and the nipple on valve cover is capped.
driver side, first off i have the orfice style pcv which it is build into the drivers side valve cover on the back. i have a hose from the back of valve cover (orfice pcv) to a check valve (flow towards can) to the top of the can (inlet) then the top nipple on my intake manifold i have a hose that runs from it to the side (outlet) of the catch can. no check valve inline with it.??

if everyone can understand this, do i have my set-up right? or ideal for it?

also the front nipple on my intake manifold close to throttle body was capped. but when i had it dyno tuned they uncapped it and is using it as a vac source and gauge for when my methanol kicks on, or is low.. would this matter?? and help is appreciated. this was my first turbo build and its making me frustrated not being able to seal out boost from the crankcase causeing blow by..

i know procharger tech told me when you boost you should cap the throttle body exit vent.

Those pics are a bit small. Have you tried using Photobucket?

I had my throttle body one capped just like you have it Idahoblckss. But is your catch can set-up just like mine, just ur throttle body one is capped? If so this would answer why I'm having blow by.. But idk

i dont use a catch can. i just vented it to the atmosphere . and i vented the oil cap, have you done that?

that might be your problem. im not exactly sure ill let the experts chime in, but that sounds like it won't work, your probably going to be needing a catch can in the near future.

right now your pressurizing the catch can with boost, put a checkvalve on the outlet side to prevent this. A dual valve can would be better since you can attach another outlet to the inlet of your turbo to provide vacuum to the catch can under boost.

So i need to put a check valve between the intake and side (outlet) of the catch can? Shud the flow of this check valve be just like my other one? The flow towards the can? Thank you so much blown02408 i will try this today and let you guys know!
