sorry to fool yall but since no picked up on it.. i have l92s and this intake is only cathedral port only.. A local guy bought this and has a 07 vortec max and he didnt know he had l92s and we just mocked it up on my truck to show the port differences since it just takes a few minutes to take my intake off.

 

I did look at your heads too, but there weren't any shots of ports. Of either ports.
