The problem is that your sample size is pretty small. There aren't that many 6.2L nnbs guys running cams and most appear to be doing the VVT delete option. Even fewer are running superchargers and of those, there are 2 of us (at my latest count,
Bdubb has removed his) who are running Whipple. I personally have no intention of changing cams. Once my latest work is done, I'm going to be at the ragged edge of safe/reliable power for a stock long block 6.2 (imo) and I'm going to concentrate on fine tuning my tune and improving my driving at the track. With only a Whipple kit (at 9psi) and a good (non-Whipple sourced) tune, you will already be close to 500whp.

Give Texas speed a call about the VVT cams, I think they would be able to provide you with some good info. If you're planning on doing a cam along with that whipple they should be able to point you in the right direction for a cam suited for your mods.
