Where is your alky injection system set to come on?

At the advice of the Mfg. we set the controll at mid point, between #4 and #5. Now the pump comes on full green @ 3lbs boost. No more intermediate red.

I think I'll be going thru a bit of the Meth.

 

did you ever get your meth problems straightened out?

 

Yes, re-wiring it to run on an independant MAP solved the problem from what I understand.

 

I don't have alky control kit, but I have mine set to start to come on at 2psi and full on at 6psi. Works very smooth for me.

 

Mine comes on at 2 psi and I have the ramp rate cranked, the gain is at about 95%, Mine goes solid green quick, even with the two nozzles...

 

On at 2psi green about 8. Control about the same as yours.

 

I get into boost too easily, so I keep it at 5 for daily driving. and ramp it up to full at 9 psi.
