mgmc: i went with a set of port an polished ls6 heads. i went to a SSS transfer-case and that helped a ton. with the front strapped down it hooks real nice with my weight.

Smokeshow: thanks, there are other guys making tons of power but like you said they run way more boost than i do. that patg/geoff cam really seems to work. when i swapped the cam from the ls6 cam i also went back AWD,because i kept breaking axles. with that being said, my first run with the new setup was off no boost and like 1500rpm. i ran almost .10 faster than a 7psi hard 3200rpm boost launch with the old setup. 60ft was like 2.2 compared to 1.9x 2wd boost launch. it was a warmer day also and with a 7psi 3200 rpm launch with the new setup i broke off a 12.33.

sorry to highjack mgmc this is your thread. but if you want a good cam let me know i'll post specs. it has a little more gurgle than the ls6 cam but not shake your truck lumpy. and it tows nice. i was towing a 30ft camper around Arkansas pretty easy.

Awd= full time traction action!! Hahaha 2wd my 20's hooked but broke axles. My truck squats really hard when I get in boost though. Stock tires would boil off with ease. 4-link 14bolt that dude! Then some 325 tires. That should do it. Unstraped on the street my front tires still bark and torque steer like crazy
