As far as spool, I've never had a turbo setup spool this fast! It's a hoot to drive!
Wish you had a dyno when you where in Texas.

Another question guys what's a good front mount intercooler brand to go with? My turbo has a 3" outlet should I stay with 3" or go larger? What kind of core bars or tubes?

I seen the kit for the 88-98 with the 3" that you don't have to cut up the core support but I'd be willing to make a larger better one fit. Just didn't know if the added volume of air would affect anything on the larger intercooler and if there is better core to go with.

2.5 or 3in tubing will work good.

If you want to make it yourself and stay cheaper you can buy the 3in VS racing intercooler and a do it yourself piping kit.

I can't build a intercooler from a core stand point, but I'll be doin the tubes for sure. I guess what I'm asking is what do I need to look for in a coolers core and can I use 3" pipe and go up to a 4" cooler or larger?

The one I said is a complete intercooler, you just have to buy the couplers and piping for it. It already has the ends on it, plumb the rest and that's it.

You can for sure just go with a 3in core and go to a larger one someday if you wanted too.
