Default 5.3 s366 to small?

So I've been recommended this combo for my 5.3 build in my Yukon.
Turbo BORG WARNER S366 S300SX3 S300 66/73 17728
Cam 212/218 .553/.553 113+2 lil john stage 2 truck cam
On unmilled 243/799's
Gen4 truck intake 92mm tb
80 deka injectors
340l pump
Pistons r lil johns 5.3 boost flat top wiesco pistons
Rods Callie's compstar h beam rods
Stock crank.
Trick turbo's 88-98 turbo log and down pipe.
Not sure on a2a cooler yet.
I'm looking for 500bhp and maybe Alil growing room I guess
I want to be able to tow a decent 5k trailer so the wife I can travel
And be reliable rain snow and scorching sun and live 100k.
Are there any other weak points in the gen3 motor besides the piston n rods?
Melling high volume pump of course.

I don't see why that wouldn't work for your power goals.

Should a stock crank live or should I really think about a crank and don't be afraid to turn it up Alil? Lol

Stock crank should be just fine. Just make sure it's balanced for the new rods and pistons.

Thanks guys! what boost pressures do you think I'll see? I will be lucky to find true 93 around me but mainly 91 octane is 3 mins from my place.

I've got a s366 on a 5.3 in my 69 c10. It's a great little turbo on that motor. Spool is so quick, makes for a very fun truck! Currently running about 9lbs on it.

I have one on a 4.8 at 16-17lbs and doesn't seem to be falling off yet. probably around 630-640 rwhp. just ran 10.84 and best trap of 124.69 at 4200lbs, 13.5 degree of timing and 10.2 afr. 93 pump, and single nozzle 50/50 meth. I will also add that's with trick stg 2 kit with standard 3" intercooler and 3" intercooler pipes.
