How are you going to use stock fuel rails on an 05 thats returnless with a FPR that has a return? Id recommend an aftermarket set of rails so you can run AN fittings off the ends and place your FPR easier too.

I have been contemplating this myself. I was thinking of using an Aeromotive boost referenced regulator and running new lines. I don't see why the stock rail couldn't be used.

what is over kill??? i will be pissed off if i put smaller line on and get to 900hp or so and be out of fuel.

the boost ref. reg has a return on it why could i not run new line to the stock fuel rail and return off the reg. back to the tank?

You can but you have to use that cheesy *** connector the converts from AN to the quick release, I had a hard time getting it to seal well on my stock rails so I went to aftermarket rails, it also gives you a way to mount the FPR. Theres no point in running -10 feed with stock rails since the nipple on the stock rails is only maybe 3/8" in diameter.

What aftermarket rails did you use? Was this on the stock intake manifold?

I am pretty sure with the new setup im going to be running out of fuel with the 255 and returnless, so this is my next step. I already have an Aremotive boost ref fuel pressure reg.

It was on the stock truck manifold, I used the rails off my vic jr kit, and some brackets a machinist friend of mine made.

Yeah, Im sure he could, Ive got a stock intake here, Id just need the rails and a couple weeks to get them done. I dont know how much he'd charge to do it for someone. Too bad I threw mine away since I figured no one would be doing that
