Relocation of the MAF alone would mess up the calibration enough to prevent running on the stock tune. You can do all sorts of modifications to a stock tune vehicle as long as the MAF is untouched and it would probably run fine, on the MAF. But putting a turbo in front of it and moving the MAF itself prevents any hope of running a stock tune.

My point is that if it isn't in its exact same location including original intake piping, the calibration will need to be changed and stock tune will not work. Just because it is the same distance from the intake with different cold side pipes doesn't mean a stock tune is going to work.

I feel some clarification is in order. It doesnt matter who tuned your truck, where what sensors are, what form of forced induction you have, or even if its only temporary. If you are not tuned for boost then don't run boost, and know that if you do you are taking a gamble on your motor.

Information here is conflicting with the information over on HPT. I want to answer you, but I'm thrown off. Over on HPT, it sounds like you're already diving in with the tuning yourself, all on stock MAF and stock injectors, but if you're going by what you said here, wait for the tuner to get back. That might sound redundant, but that's my best advice.
