I'm curious why you guys are favoring twins?

The 55-98 is rated at 2500. That's more than 2 s480s.

From what aspect? Are you talking exhaust diameter needs (5" vs 4"), spool up??

Fitment.
5" down pipe and exhaust. While keeping AC.
Street truck needs AC. . I know 5" will fit I have fitted one. It's just really tight.
Large down pipe
Large cold piping
Large filter
Large ic
Not sure on your projected year model.
Anything pre 03 is gonna be tighter then 09+.

I would go with a NNBS truck 07+ only because it has the better PCM.
