05 silverado

I have a lifted 05 Chevy 1500 5.3 supercharged 37x13.50x24 inerco M16. Just had my motor rebuilt the day after I got drove about 15 miles and the truck just shut off with no warning. After waiting on the side of road for 20 mins it cracked back up I got it home the following day it did the same thing again let it sit for a few days I have a Bad o2 sensor would this be the cause of shutting the engine off

Thanks

No, a bad o2 sensor shouldn't cause an engine to die, just to run like shit. Need to be MUCH more specific about your setup, and what the truck did when it shut down for someone to help diagnose it.
