Default maryland here i come.

ok so after 6 or 7 months of bidding for orders i finally got some. i'm coming to maryland. NAS Patuxent River. thats as far south as the navy will move me lol "it cost too much" so who lives here and what should i know about the place?

I know nothing about it, but I bet there is a crap load of areas to ride offroad at. I "almost" picked Pax River when I was a squid (finished top in my ordnance class), but alas...the west coast was calling me. Welcome to marry land.

well i put in for texas and maryland and they gave me maryland. texas was "too far away"

tried but they weren't having that because "they would have to do it for everyone" lol but hey i'm only 21miles from the track now vs. 101 miles i have to drive now. woot. and the track stays open longer during the year. woot again. i just hope the people there are more like southerners vise these northern *** holes lol. don't get me wrong i met a few nice people here but there are 10 times more asses than polite. hey they have sonic there too i think. man i'm glad to be getting outa the north lol.

maryland is a tad liberal, so there are plenty off asshats to go around but I think you'll be happy with the rural folk down that way.

i hope so. plus i'm about 10 hrs closer to home. no more two day drives to get home.
