Thumbs up Chili~Cheese Super Bowl Dip

(2) Lg. Wendy's Chili's <---doesn't have to be Wendy's but it's simple & I Prefer it
(1) Lg. Philidelphia Cream Cheese Brick i don't think it's the 8 oz. idr
16 oz. Finely Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese
Sour Cream To Taste
Franks Red Hot To Taste
Family Size Bag (sometimes 2) of Fritos Scoops

line the bottom of a deep pyrex pan with the Cream Cheese.......in a seperate bowl mix the Wendy's Chili & Franks Red Hot (or don't)...Pour Chili in above the Cream Cheese...Then Layer the sour cream over the Chili to taste usually about 2 or 3 Tbsp....Then pour on cheese to taste...i prefer the entire pound of cheese & throw in the oven at 350 for ~ 20 min. makes a GREAT superbowl or party dip...

Some of these recipes look pretty good, too bad I'm a better mechanic than I am a cook...I might try doing the Chili Cheese Super Bowl dip some day though...

Heres one even a motor head can assemble: Roosters LSX crab dip....

(1) Can of Jumbo lump crabmeat(not chinese)
(1) Container cocktail sauce(8-12oz)
(1) Philly cream cheese(8-12oz)
(1) Box of crackers(Ritz or other)

On a large plate, spread softened cream cheese in a 1/4" to 1/2" layer
pour on cocktail sauce and spread evenly
drain liquid from crab and dabb chunks into cocktail sauce
cover with plastic wrap and chill well...DONE..serve with crakers as a spoon/use knife

Barnyard name but top shelf flavor!!
