Talking N/A dyno #'s for 5.3 320+hp/340+tq

finially got the truck on the dyno. put down 322hp & 344tq at the wheels. this was on a dyno dynamics dynamometer, in third gear with the converter unlocked. my sig times is with open exaust out the y-pipe. i gained 3/10's by just unbolting my exaust at the track. i think if i could have ran open y-pipe if you want to call it that, i think i could have made more hp.

mods are as follows before people start pm-ing me, lol...
mail order nelson tune, cai, tb bypass, ls1 fans, tr220/112, 918's, pacesetter lt's & ory, aerochamber, stock catback and tailpipe, built 60e, tci sf3000, 4.10's & eaton.

here's the dyno sheet. top line is torque, bottom line is horsepower
enjoy...

Sick dude. I'm stunned by your torque curve.

Not all trucks performe the same with same mods. Good #'s there. You make more tq them me lol, you have the trucks spinning to 6500 but your not making the power past 5700 or did the person let off early?

thanks fellas.
like v8 said, "not all trucks perform the same with same mods" i think it should be a pretty good combo for you, especially since he will be doing the tune in person compared to my mail order tune. i don't know about 3.73's but with the 4.10's, when the tach hits 3900 it start's pulling you back in the seat. i'm not too educated on the converter lock or unlocked.

he spun it to 6500. i forgot to mention, my air/fuel was around 12.2. it's the exaust that's restricting me on the top end. open exaust is like a night and day difference on this thing.

locked just means the converter doesnt kick down which makes it easy to tune with and for a good pull, but you dont get decent tq numbers. Usually you pull higher HP numbers by locking the verter. Thats how it was for the ls1 cars anyway so i dunno if its the same for the trucks or not.

awesome numbers man!

wish i didnt have 4x4 now cause your truck screams
