Default HP Guesses

Hey all,

Been awhile since I've been on here. For those following the truck, the turbo kit has been installed accompanied by a recent 80e swap (60e lasted about 2 weeks).

Anyways, I'm hitting the rollers in the next few weeks and wanted to see what some of you guys think the truck will be around rwhp wise

Setup -
2005 RCSB
SBE 5.3
243 Heads milled .030
Isky Triple 12 cam
80e swap; circle d 3200
On3 76/65 turbo
KB racing hot pipes
TBSS Intake
10 psi on straight 91 octane. Considering that's all that is sold within a 60 mile radius.

Be interesting to see what it lays down. Although all dynos read different. I'm not caught up on a number, would just be interesting to see some projections.

Thanks,

Kyle

10psi from a 76/65....probably 450hp if I had to guess.

I am leery of these contests that there is no mention of the winner's prize.

Well..... truck made it to the dyno. Kept overheating.

Was getting a lot of blow by out of the catch can. Thought might have a blown head gasket. Ran compression test just to be sure. All tested great except one. Getting tons on blow by and barley any compression.

But, no coolant in the oil.

Looks like a new motor or forged internals will be next.

Was to be expected but also sucks because the truck only has 74,000 original miles on it.

That's the game you play with stock engines. 74k isn't enough, 250k is about right.
