2nd gear pull. Plus I'd guess the 2 piece driveshaft will eat some power

His numbers are good, a local guy around me has a wayyyyyy bigger cam duration 238/244 on a LQ4 with 241 heads and got about the same results.

Haha come on man, track times are what show what it's got! I hardle ever go to the track but i was just curious of what the power was

I was able to get one 3rd gear pull in but it went into rep at like 5100 rpm but did have 390TQ and was like 385HP. I'll be swapping trans and putting some juice on it and will re dyno it NA and Juice

I run the same tb. And my truck has done the same thing. It will run good and then all of a sudden a CEL pops up, and I get reduced engine power. I limp the truck to work or back home and park it. Come back later to go home or start it, the code is gone and the truck runs as usual. Its only done this a couple times to me.

Ive heard the tb is the problem. I picked up a ls3 tb for pretty cheap. When I start phase II on the truck here pretty soon, Im going to swap to it.
Yea I'm fixing to post some screen shots of my log and see if anybody has any ideas. Mine is the same, I can beat on it for 2 days and then the next it will do it

I used the same dyno with the cam 5.3 but at that time I had 33's and was lifted 3"... I still have a 4x4 trans so I'm losing a little more through the transfercase. The 5.3 put down 292hp and 312tq......

I have a 5" DS Specialist high speed balanced 1 piece... I will be switching to a 2 piece soon cause I'm putting a 2wd trans in

Video is 2nd gear pull. Truck kept going into REP trying to day a 3rd gear pull. It did manage to make 388tq in 3rd gear @5000rpm but then would fault into rep. TB and Xlink issues I really havent pinpointed yet

2nd gear unlocked dyno pull - YouTube

04 LQ4, FBO, nnbs intake-TB, ported 799's and EPS 222/226 597/605 112+4
