Default cam only 4.8

Made a trip to the dyno yesterday. picked up a little power thanks to some better tuning. nice to have a great tuner in central ohio. ~ 10 hp/ 10lb ft tq over w4me tune. leaned it out a lot. runs a lot stronger and smoother. bolt ons and cam. 26 deg. timing, 12.8 a/f. 315hp 283 tq. going to throw a 100 shot at it, see if it can hit 400rwhp.

5 speed, high 13's 1/4. cam pulls great up top. still pulling hard at 6500 rpm. didn't want to push it any higher than that.

Great #'s! What ppl are getting out of these engines NA is amazing...and then 100shot and you are right with me at a much lower cost. If i would have known better at the time I would have gone NA with the extra "HP shot" for that little extra.

thanks guys! i was hoping for 300/300, so i was happy w/ results. tq was a little low, to be expected out of 4.8 tho. 4.56 gears make up for the lack of tq. little less cam would probably show a little more tq but, less hp.

I think your torque numbers are about right. These engines dont make alot of torque N/A. Nice numbers by the way!
