flange to axle distance on a 9 inch?

I am cutting my gm 10 bolt and welding on big bearing ford flanges. Before I can cut it though I need to know what the outside flange to inside of the axle distance is. Im tired of searching on google so maybe one of you will know.

2 and 7/8 inches from brake mounting flange surface to wheel mounting surface of axle flange.

1500 series from 99-up all have the same rear brake offset.

2500 series offset is a different set up.

Wait, do you need the measurements off of a 9'' ford axle ??

If so i have one at my old mans house i could dig out and measure.

Because I need to know the distance on a ford 9 inch..lol

After I weld on the ford housing ends I will basically have 9" axles in my 10 bolt. I know the 9" axles have the press on bearing also know that the axle doesn't come out of the housing as far as the gm stuff. I just need to know the exact measurement so I can cut my housing correctly.

I know, but if you want info from the chevy rear end and them furd guys don't like to touch chevys... LOL BTW don't forget to compensate for the bearing retainer if your attempting to reuse the stock brakes... Its going to be a custom deal...
