Turbo 5.3 630hp - First test pass
 

I finally got my truck back from the body shop, tossed my new wheels on and went to the track last night. I pulled in and made a half decent pass. No break boosting, no 2 step... just a quick trial run. I brought it up to around 2K rpm and floored it on green. The results are promising and I'm shooting for a 7.5 over 90mph.

Wow very nice pass without brake boosting! Looked responsive and I think your goal is very reasonable to achieve. Congrats on a sweet setup and very nice ride! Gotta be lovin it!

Thanks. Yeah, its been a long road but I went there hoping for a 7. I got it and pretty easily. There is a 7.5 heads up race on the 15th, I'd like to bring the family to and be a competitor. Ill leave in boost/two step, lighter wheel/tire combo and remove my tail gate. Those three changes should put me in the 7.5-7.6 range.
