Default Tc? No power? Wtf?

On my truck when I hit it from a dig 75% of the time the truck acts like traction control is on (tc and stabili off) and feels like limited power until it ramps up to about 3k rpm then it pulls hard. So basically it's a dog till 3k then the power kicks in. Need help please advise what's going on.

2016 Denali 6.2L crew cab
whipple 3.75" pulley
arh longtubes catted y
BB Tune

thanks

It is infact the Traction control. It needs to be disabled in the tune. My 2008 TBSS had the same problem.

Even after I turn it off it's somehow still on?

Probably a result of torque limiting in the trans tune.

Just a stab at this but if something is way off in the torque model on those DI motors, it won't play very nice. Doubtful that BB can dial that in very well in a mail order tune file.

Those computers are not to be taken lightly, very complex in how they will let you have the power. Even turning off the TC and stabilitrak on the dash won't do everything you want it to.
