Just a little fyi, mine burned the exact same clutch pack when I cranked the D1sc up to 106%. It was a Level 4 4l80e built by FLT and had about 4000 street miles on it, 10 dyno pulls and probably 50 1/4 mile passes. Pulled it out on a Thursday night, dropped it off at Circle D Friday morning and threw it back in the truck that same night. Friendly note to anyone reading, when this happened some trash got run through the TCC solenoid. Replace those with genuine solenoids from the dealership. Don't buy that garbage from vatozone.

I havent had TCC lockup in years and have replaced the TCC solenoid twice. I am thinking it has to be the oring on the shaft or something happened when I broke the input shaft a few years ago, but it didnt work then either. Went from work to soft in about a week and nothing after that.
