Default Greenbrier Dodge Sucks!!

My truck was in for service earlier this week. I paid the bill in full a few days ago and went to pick it up today. Because it was after the service departments hours, they did not want to release the vehicle. Even when presented with the receipt they still did not want to give it to me. The GM even tried to pulled the "I served in the navy for 20 years as a Chief" He was quickly shut down when I told him I have served almost 21 years and I'm still on active duty. Plus I was enlisted for the first 9 years of my career.

What horrible customer service.

He brought it up because he did not like the way my wife and I were talking to him. We told him we were going to give a bad review and not buy a car.

There was nothing to release. I had all the keys. I paid for the car during business hours. I usually pay for the vehicle during business hours and pick it up after hours. My wife just takes me up there and I drive it home. Sometimes after the dealership is closed. This night that just happened to have the exits blocked with cars. I only needed them to move one car. The vehicle was already released to me.

wow, I probly would've flipped out!
the issue with it being the GM acting like that, is even if you called Dodge corporate, they'll call him and it wont go anywhere!
is there any other dealers near you to deal with instead?
