I am not sure what you mean by beeping? Like the horn is going off, alla alarm going off or something different?

I had this happen to me twice, I finally caught a "Lamp Out" blip in the speedo/odometer display. Both times it was on the freeway during a long trip ( 400 miles ), and both times there were no lamps out. I think it had to do with my accessory tail lights.
Try checking the OBDII codes. Sometimes you will get stored codes with no CEL lights.

Sorry for not explaining, Ktm rider that is exactly what it is doing. Beeping meaning that there is a chime, like when u dont have your seat belt chime. Yes I have checked for codes and all fuses. It seems to only do it will on the highway, very weird. I tried looking on dash but i think I saw the haul/drive light flash real fast.

Hey guys the wife picked me up in the truck for lunch and that dawm noise again. Now Im pissed so I look over at the dash and sure enough it was the lamp out light that came on. Got out of truck and checked for lights out and it was the right brake light. Thanks guys for your help also I put Chevron fuel cleaner because it was bogging and that seemed to help alot.

Cool, glad you found it! I know how annoying that noise is...
Maybe I should check mine again but it has not beeped since that time on the freeway.

I had the same problem in my 2003. I had found it to be in the taillights. The portion that holds the bulbs had a defect. Also check the pins in the wire connectors. It was agravating as hell and I had to find out what it was for my self, cause dealers just did not want to put the effort into looking for the problem.

I know my truck makes the occational beep when I am speeding up after I first jump in. Turns out it was an odd beep that goes off when the automatic door locks lock when you climb above whatever mph they lock at.

Not sure exactly but someone on HTC is having the same problem, except his happens when he is at 90+mph.
Now I know the SC and new motor are fun but just how are you testing them?
