Ok so I got a buddy with a 5.9 jeep and we want to make it faster. I would like to change the heads and get it around 10 to 1 compression so any info would be great. O and I am a GM guy so I dont know the first thing about a dodge lol

 

Either get the heads milled or go with Mopar factory aftermarket ones. A cam matched to your gears/converter/induction combo will go a long way to helping. So will steeper gears.
