H-Pipe early with a X-Pipe in the muffler?

So I had decided I want to put a H pipe as early as I can after the CATS on my 2011 Hemi engine, then go dual pipes into a DI/DO straight through muffler. But I am having a lot of problems finding a DI/DO muffler in the size I want (Some where around 20in to keep the noise down, but the growl and performance up). I found a couple the DynoMax offers, but I have ordered them from 3 different places, and after I order them they get back a hold of me telling me it has been discontinued and my order must be canceled.

So I went back to look at Magnaflow, but all of their larger DI/DO mufflers have a X pipe built into them (Which is originally why I steered away from them).

If I go with the Magnaflow my system will be something like this.

The X is the DI/DO muffler with a X pipe in it, and the I is the H-Pipe after the CATS.

What would be the negatives of having a H-pipe early in the system, with a X-Pipe late? I know in general you are supposed to have the crossover early, but I couldn't find any information about also having one late.
