What is the best way to increase my fuel mileage in my 02 ram qc 4.7 2wd? I have been looking and got no real answers my avg is 13.5 and I drive good(its my work truck) . Anything would help and I'm open to anything thanks ahead of time.

 

well i know for sure a throttle body spacer helps, even though our rams are different gens, and i've heard that a cold air kit, headers, and a tune also help. i plan on finding out for myself soon

 

Change your plugs often. I like using coppers instead of the platinum ones and I just change them alot. How many miles do you have on it and have you ever changed the 02 sensor.

 

what can i do to get the fuel mileage up some im getting like 8 to 9 in the city and like 13 to 14 on the highway. and i got a check engine light on that the code says multiple miss fires on cylinder 4 and 8. thanks

 

I used to have a 2002 4.7. Bought a 2008 Hemi and my gas mileage is about 1-2 better.
