With all the incentives out there I should be able to get a new Ram about 10k below MSRP. My question is, the 08 Rams got the new 4.7 with 310HP/330 towque, the Hemi is 345/375. Is the Hemi worth the extra money? i know with MDS it is rated at 2MPG better than a 4.7 manual and 1 better than 4.7 Auto. the price difference between each with an auto is over1k. Is the Hemi worth? Has anyone ran a new 4.7 yet to see how close they are? How would the 4.7 6 speed compare? Whatever I get will have 3.92s/Limited slip

 

I would say get the hemi. Everyone I know with the 4.7 wish they would have gotten the hemi. Don't they have a free hemi upgrade going on.

 

Dont know about the new hemis but the old one suck gas.
