It all depends on wheel offset. Could be 8 could be 10....

I'm going for the prostreet look for my truck. I will be buying rims and tires (17") and want the widest tire rim combo for the rear without sticking out of the wheel wells. I would prefer they set inside>>>prostreet look.... THANKS

Its a little bit late but I'm running a 20x10 on the rear of my 1990 with a 5.75" backspacing with a 295/45R20 tire. No fenders are rolled and that's with a 5" drop on the rear. I plan at a later date to run a 315/35R20 with a 6" drop which should clear but I'll roll the fenders to be safe.

anything 5.5"+ backspacing i think. and a 28+mm offset.

you can run a 15x10 with a 4.5" and it'll stick out a little bit *1/2" or so i think*

You can tuck a 17x11" rim with 6 1/4" backspace.

Have a set of 15x10" steelies with a 4" BS and they stick out a few inches. Just used for slicks.
