I am not a person for body work...BUT
for your suspension woes...
I would
jack up the front end and shake the tires up and down and side to side for play. If there is play you will see where it is coming from. Replace the parts as needed.
shake in the wheel...balance the tires, if shaking persist then must be tires and possible bent rims which I doubt the rims are bent.
Honestly...with the bumper go for a smoothy bumper and the lip will compliment it well.
It is October...aka Shocktober so it is buy 3 shocks get one free.
If you lack mechanical skills take it to the nearest Sears Auto Center as they are running free install as wlel as the b3g1 (via mail in rebate) Sears also has a free suspension check.
