Belltech Drop Spindles
2 Attachment(s)
I bought a set to lower the front of my 88 2 more inches. Got them put on
and when i went to put my hubs back on they would not go all the on the shaft. I bought some inner bearings for the hubs and went to put them in and they would not fit. Has anybody had this problem? Powerslot rotors by the way. Thanks for any help. Toben Attachment 48592 Attachment 48593 |
best bet would be posting this on GMfullsize. there are a few suspension gurus over there.

there are 2 types of brakes, 1" rotor and 1.25" rotor. measure your rotor thickness. if they are 1.25" thick, then you need "big brake" bearings. tell them it's ext cab if you want the big brake stuff, or tell them it's a tahoe. if the bearings fit the rotors but not the spindles, you probably have "small brake" spindles...
here are belltech part numbers: 2400 small brakes (ask for std cab stuff at autozone, etc) 2500 big brakes (ask for ext cab stuff at autozone or w/e to get big brake bearings, calipers etc) if you have 2400 spindles, you need 2500, and vice versa |
