Did you two use the LS harness as a stand alone? are you controlling the transmission with the LS pcm? On my 93 I'm using the factory ecm to control the 4l60e, but I don't have an LS. I used a 3100v6 with a large turbo and obd II.

I would imagine that their is a signal output from the LS pcm to the cluster that would need to be hooked up to the truck cluster. Same with the tach. Need more information on how you have it swapped.

I pulled out the stock pcm and was able to fit the 411 pcm in its place once the bracket for the stock one was removed, i was able to connect the stock SEL light, speedometer & tach all those wires are behind the glove box we used a lq4/4l80e combo and the pcm is controlling the trans, harness was from psi

things we had to figure out that:

1.) under the hood we pulled a relay that was for the brake lights tied into the stock harness (didn't know) but it was a simple fix once we figured it out and reinstall it in the dash

2.) wiper power also behind the dash

3.) 411 pcm had to have tach signal reprogrammed (3 high / 3 low) for it to read correctly in his 94

4.) had to send 12+ power to the HVAC and somthing else dont remember but the wires are all behind the glove box we kept the power distribution block under the hood and powered every thing that needed 12+ behind the glove box
