Default 71 c10 pitman arm question

I just got done "pancaking" the crossmember, witch is if you don't know is to take 1.5 inches out then weld back together. Well I ran into some clearance issues with the steering, it's hitting the crossmember now. I figured out what I have to do to raise it. I know the 60-66 c10 use a straight pitman arm, now my question is can i use that pitman arm? I'm not sure if the splines lines up or not because I have a power steering unit as we're the older ones were manual, if anybody can please confirm that it will fit before I go out and buy one thanks.

And here.
Hitting right here

Even if the spline is the same, I don't believe it will work. The picture above it appears a straight arm would possibly contact the frame. You would also need the corresponding drag link to keep the steering bar level. It will also affect your toe in and out under suspension travel.

I believe most people just notch the frame to clear the drag links. I have not done it my self so You may want to ask on a board that were that stuff is more common.
