I gave it a compression check on #7 plug and it was about 150. Donor vehicle was a rollover. PCV looks good threads on the plug look good as well. I cant get a video i pulled my harness to reiwre it and take care of some issues i had. Should have that all wrapped up by the weekend though.

That sounds like it fits. either that or warped. Still dont get why the noise sounds so strong by the spark plug though. I gotta finish my harness then i will get a video of what it is doing.

might as well take it off and check it out....you should probably replace those re-used intake gaskets anyway.

well i cant win for losing. Got my harness in and now i am not getting a strong enough 12v from the PCM to trip my fuel pump relay. i am getting 12v but it isnt tripping the relay. I have tried like 10 relays and i thought they only needed .6v to trip the coil on a relay. I am about to take a switch and wire it in to work the fuel pump.

not strong enough? the only way that will happen is if the battery is shot. do you have 11.4v+ at the battery? double check all your grounds. if you have 12v at the battery but less at the ecm power supply then you have a broken wire/poor connection.
i had the same problem that it wouldnt turn my fp on, so i checked it. i had 11.2, id charge it have 12.1 then within 1 min i wouldnt have but 11.1 or so again. so i bought a new battery and it cured my problems.

Well it turned out that the PCM puts out a 3 second prime command on the fuel pump control wire and then will not turn the pump on until you start it. For some reason i was testing and didnt see that voltage when i turned the key on so i thought it was bad lol. Fires up and runs fine now. I am waiting on my relay block to cure and then i will mount that and hook up my corvette gauges and get some video for you guys. I dont want to run it unless i can watch the gauges so i dont mess something up. I am waiting on my connector to come in the mail for the corvette gauge cluster and it should be here Monday i think...

Got my harness in and looks a lot better than i had it before. Still needs more work but what doesnt.

Found out where my leak is coming from. My master cylinder is leaking where it meets the booster. That explains when i push the brake why it stops for a second. So it looks like a gasket in there. Can i replace the gasket or should i replace each piece. I am going from disc/drum to disc/disc soon so maybe a new resivor can be swapped now as well? Will the plastic ones fit on my booster?
