I can't believe you've never had crawfish. . .

I guess they do not sell them up in the DFW area?

I'd love to throw in for some, my only problem is time. With moving and vacations it would be mid June at the earliest before I could commit to it.

We do have crawfish... but it's not as big a thing up here as it is in Cajun country/ the bayou closer to LA.

At Pappadeaux (fancy seafood place) I see people go to town on big buckets of crawfish when they do that all you can eat thing, so people enjoy it obviously


I prefer them fried though, I do love em though

Naw to many white ppl up here .. the only ppl i've seen eating them around here is hispanics and chinese .. and thats only at chinese restrautse.

I still havnt come to terms on eating the brains, thats the white side comin out of me...
