Those are all great, especially the one built by your late Uncle. But you need charcoal in those. I definitely need gas for convenience first, after that then coals and wood.

Pat, what's the smoker on that grill?
The smoker is not very big, Ill get you a picture. Its the bottom left door with the temp gauge.

still can't decide. I hate that everything I look at is so damn expensive. I mean with high heat most of the ones I am looking at are in the economy (200 to 400 dollars) range and will come apart after a few years. I.AM.NOT.PAYING.700.FOR.A.DAMN.GRILL.

I have a Char Griller duo. Some things are just better cooked with charcoal. I like the convenience of gas sometimes.

you might think I'm crazy but This is the best grill I have used. I have had it since 2007 and I use it for our big cookouts with 20+ people.

I've learned nothing! I can't pull the trigger on a weber. Gawd they are so expensive. I was a weber tent at a BBQ contest a month ago and the salesman was soliciting me and I was just staring at the grill. Finally I heard him talking and I just looked up at him and asked, how in the **** do you at people with a straight face and charge 900 dollars for this? sigh.

I still haven't gotten a replacement. I mean this grill is almost done too. I have eggplant and brats on it right now and the shields are barely hanging on. But I have cooked on it every day since around last Tuesday. I can't imagine how much less I'd cook on a grill if I only had charcoal. I love charcoal, but I love grilling more than just to only have a charcoal grill.

I kind of like it. Coleman is like weber, quality. But I like big surface area.
