I use good old dales and sirachi or how ever u spell it and a splash of italian dressing

I can't find it around here in Texas and I'm about out. Need to find a place online where I can order the gallon jugs of it. You definitely want to use Dales in moderation. I find its good with some hot shot which is just cracked black and red pepper. They compliment each other well, along with a hint of accent cooked over some charcoal with a couple chunks of mesquite.

Think I'm going to pick up some steaks on the way home
