I suppose they could be likened to lobster nuggets but the way theyre cooked really do make them taste different than anything else. Also everyone cooks them different so they all will taste different. Theyre one of my favorite foods, and a good excuse to get friends together and drink lots of beer

I usually meet the truck in Tuscaloosa and I'm not real concerned about size since I'm just dumping them in my boss' pond to feed the bass. I found the best prices if we wait until after Easter and until the water is up in the Shoofly (sp?)
