Frikadeller

Well a couple weeks back my sister cooked a meal her boyfriend taught her, since hes from Denmark, he has some interesting recipes. When I had it then it was faaaantastic and Ive been bugging her to make it since, but shes always been too lazy :turd:

So I gave it a try and it was my first cooking experience more involved than ramen or easy mac.

I think it turned out pretty delicious! Theyre basically meat patties of ground pork with whatever spices/peppers you want, with small slices of onion mixed in.

For my meal I used 2 pounds of ground pork, about 4 tablespoons of flour, and a couple splashes of milk, as well as half an onion.

You just get all that mixed together, mash em into little patties in your hand and slap them on the frying pan at about medium heat.

Itll take me a few more tries to get them better, but theyre tasty nonetheless. :judge:

Heres a pic of them sitting on my dinner plate: http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...r/1bf92be2.jpg

sounds like a hamburger patty actually

Its close to it, except a much different flavor because it is ground pork and not ground beef.

And the onion + seasonings put into the mix before cooking really give it a distinct taste from just a plain patty, which isnt so great I discovered after forgetting onions once lol
