what is it? I have it on the grill cooking. went to a Mexican meat market and asked for a ribeye...then a ny strip, then a sirloin...they had none of it but the guy that didn't speak much English (and I speak no Spanish) recommended this one. what cut is it? lots of fat and a small bone

it was pretty tender for a boot...
one of my home grown jalapenos fucked up my night. normally my (my wife's peppers) are extremely mild but add flavor. cracked into one and WTF!!!! I was drinking my drool and couldn't enjoy my meal. I look over and my dog is begging for food. he learned a lesson tonight too LMAO. I have a feeling that pepper will win the 2nd round too
