what is it? I have it on the grill cooking. went to a Mexican meat market and asked for a ribeye...then a ny strip, then a sirloin...they had none of it but the guy that didn't speak much English (and I speak no Spanish) recommended this one. what cut is it? lots of fat and a small bone

all done. some beacon wrapped jalapenos w/ sausage and cheese and whatever kind of steak this is lol. and some home grown peppers to kick up the spice and make the crown flow if anyone knows about this cut i'm interested. time for some steak and street outlaws!

it was pretty tender for a boot...

one of my home grown jalapenos fucked up my night. normally my (my wife's peppers) are extremely mild but add flavor. cracked into one and WTF!!!! I was drinking my drool and couldn't enjoy my meal. I look over and my dog is begging for food. he learned a lesson tonight too LMAO. I have a feeling that pepper will win the 2nd round too
