Chicken Breast made easy
Take a 1lb. slab of chicken breast, cut it in half so it can cook easy(the piece should be about 1/4 inch thick.
pre-heat pan on med-high for 2 minutes with 1 teaspoon oil, and a swirl or 3-4 teaspoons of Italian dressing.
Add breast to pan and cook.
Add salt and pepper lightly on both sides as the breast is half way done.
Within no time who have yourself some good old chicken.
