Aaron is the man when it comes to BBQ. He made all of his own smokers as well.

Count me in. It’s worth $10.

I love my PitBarrel.

Wifey bought it last year for my bday.

I want to build a UDS out of 55 gallon drum.

I have a 22" WSM also. Ive thought about an offset but im already at the point with the wsm where is set and forget it. Might have to make a few adjustments here and there, but nothing where I have to baby the fire.

to me, the PitBarrels, UDS and WSM cookers all basically work exactly the same. pick your poison. i may be over romanticizing cooking with logs. I know it's more work, but it seems like it would give more of an authentic taste over charcoal with wood chunks. maybe i just haven't found the right charcoal yet. the WSM sure is nice once you find the sweet spot. the electric smoker is even more of a set it and forget it setup. I threw away the chip burner and got the a-maze-n pellet tray for the electric smoker. it was the best mod ever for that thing. no more adding chips and having inconsistent smoke.

I scored this off of FB Marketplace today.

Going to repaint it with some high temp paint and a couple little mods to it.

$35

Broke out the electric smoker for a quick batch of chicken wings and drums using apple pellets. Been a while since i used the electric since getting my MSM. Franks buffalo sauce on left and ranch on right. I need to smoke wings more often! Quick and easy.

Wings and Beer; you can't beat that. Looks really good. I have not used my smoker in a month or so. I really need to smoke whole chicken or salmon soon.
