I have an 02' ecsb 2500 duramax. I have the juice w/attitude (hot), ppe excelerator (hot), and ppe duramaximizer. I would say my favorite is the excelerator it is amazing the kinda of power you get from just that one programmer. The first chip I put on it was the juice way back in the day. Then they came out with the new juice w/ attitude so I ordered the new one (hot) and not even two weeks later fryed the tranny so be careful I would say if your gonna run 1 chip to run the juice or the excellerator and keep them in level 3-4 unless you want a new tranny. If you want a new tranny contact ATS performance diesel (awsome tranny, tc, co-pilot)

 

we did an Efilive custom tune on a 01 duramax a few weeks ago and got 656 rwtq and i like it was around 410 rwhp on a mustang dyno..all it had was just a custom tune..

 

We have a new shop project truck and it is an 05 ccsb 4x4 GMC Regency LLY Dura/Allison combo. It has an AFE filter box kit, 4'' turbo back Silverline dual exhaust, Bully Dog Triple Dog power pup w/ outlook monitor and Efilive trany and engine tuning software. I will get some pictures of it posted as soon as i get them taken but it is a blast to drive. It has a rancho 4-6 inch suspension lift and 20 in rims with 305/55R20 Nitto's but we plan to take it up three more inches and stick a nice set of 37's on the 20's in BFG ALT KO's for a better ride and look. Overall plan for the truck is to get to 1,000 HP with a stock block setup running twins. The Bully dog set up works great and performs excellent. Haven't found any concrete difference from it to the edge w/attitude. They are both great products.

 

Well now we are running on 325/60r20 BFG Alterrain KO's and it rides and drives much better! The Nitto's are great for pulling a sled but ride like **** on the road.

 

I would personally go with the edge chip. Its more money than some of the others but its versatility is great. Id love to be able to put it in level one to get some economy out of it, then when i need to embarass some pesky mustang hit that level 5 all at the push of a button.

Exactly. The EFI Live tunes are pretty much owning everything on the market at this point. EFI tunes power my 11 second Duramax.

 

Your truck makes me want a D-max so bad! What did it make this weekend, around 750/1450 on a lttle spray?! With stock rods?! That thing is insane.
