You are running 16.5+?

If you want to drop 2+ secconds you will need any combo of 250 HP or a little less HP and drop a good deal of weight.

A decent FI set up will do this but it still won't be easy. Where in Ohio are you?

Im in northwestern ohio thanks for the advice . No complaints on my truck but that 5 speed doesn't like speed shifting!

I live in oakwood ohio 20 mile south Defiance. I have not had my truck to the track but as far as i can tell probably 16.50 to 16.9 .

your running around 16 sec. in the 1/4 with a 5-speed 2500hd?? thats pretty dang good... these trucks are pigs to begin with and way underpowered. start with a tune from black bear, a good intake and exhuast setup and that should shave a little bit off.

damn banging gears arnt you! 16's isnt bad for a heavy stock truck...

my 2003 ecsb with a fithwheel and goose neck ran a 15.6 1/4 mile.

all i have done is Longtubes, CAI, 33's, and a Bully Dog GT

Like i said never had it to track but when i time it seems about 16.5 to 16.9. Saving money and get my profit sharing in the middle of july then its time to work on the truck.
