While I do enjoy the actual hunt, I also use the animal and don't kill just to kill. Not criticizing either of you but that video to me is ******* retarded. I understand they are an invasive/non-native species but at least keep or donate the meat. Killing animals just to kill animals is not a good thing. Just my .02 cents.

We eat em and they taste goooood... I usually put the meat on ice in a large chest for about 4-5 days and drain the blood every morning along with refreshing the ice. After that we either do what y'all do and make sausage or grill it up and chow down. I gave my friend the shoulders which he made some spanish beans and rice dish with and it was amazing, some of the best pork I ever had with the meat falling off the bone.
