That law is present in most states I believe.

Overall, Texas's gun laws are not as good as one may think and there are a lot of anti-gun people in Texas, irritates me.

Nothing seems to compare so far to Maryland, I'm traveling there for work, and the damn state doesn't even allow me to keep a firearm in my own vehicle and protect myself. They don't honor any other state's CCW.

You don't allow law-abiding citizens to protect themselves and criminals aren't going to follow the law regardless. Only loser is the law-abiding citizen who ends up hurt or dead. Makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever.

I have a level 3 holster and some tactical training.

$25 an hour is reasonable in my opinion. Nights that pay less are generally very easy.

As for the gun I love it. I like it better then my 9m.m. ruger I had. It is very comfortable in my hand event with the short magazine. I was very accurate with it from the first pull of the trigger. It has minimal kick for being a .45. It is awesome to be packing so many big slugs in such a tight package. The 9m.m. mod .2 holds 19+1 but I like the bigger heat of the .45
