It looks to be what it says but is it worth it?
I wouldn't trust blackbear after reading too many times of people having issues and having to wait forever to get stuff done. The people that say they don't have problems with their tunes don't know how to tune so they don't know any better. If it runs and drives it's good enough for them.

it's a scanning and tuning tool, but you cannot tune anything yourself. blackbear can upload tunes to it, and you upload the tune into your truck from there and log/rinse/repeat until you and your tuner are happy with the tune.
it's the best option for a mail order tune without spending the big bucks on software.
