Default Truck keeps going lean, need help!

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and would be grateful if anybody could help me out with my problem. My brother just finished up the h/c/i swap and bought hptuners to try tunning the truck. The truck idles in park and neutral fine but every time I put it in drive or reverse it goes extremely lean and wants to die on me. We chased down a vacuum leak at the injector o-rings but that wasn't it. I just can't seem to find solution for this and I'm to the point where I'm about to start parting the truck out if I can'tmake it drivable.Has anybody had a similar problem?

Thanks in advance!

Are you sure it's not intake gaskets or something along those lines?

Where did you get your base tune from?

I bought the holley intake used, so I ordered new intake gaskets to replace the used ones before installing. My brother wanted to give it a try at tunning it so he is the one moving it at the time. He did change the injector table incase you were wondering. I actually took it to a local tuner here in Houston, but he wasn't much help at all.

Will upload tune as soon as I get home.
I am using the Fast 92mm tb. We opened up the IAC hole just a tad bit after a small research.

B1S1 is not cycling. It staying around 445-448 mv.

Scan another vehicle and you will see what I mean. It should be cycling up to around as high as 900 Mv down to nearly 0. The rear shows some activity and appears to be function correctly.

Something is going on there.

Any reason why you have closed loop off? Without it on, you don't have any STFT adjustments.

And I'll echo 1FastBrick. Something is up with that o2.

I have it in open loop to tune in open loop speed density mode off of the wideband. The b1s1 is connected but not in the exhaust.
